The Role:

We are looking for a Sales Specialist & Closer who can drive revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing leads for our agency. This is a high-impact role where your performance directly contributes to the company’s growth.

You will be responsible for:

• Generating and qualifying leads through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, cold emails, and calls
• Conducting consultative sales calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
• Closing deals across multiple services: SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Writing, and Graphic Design
• Collaborating with our marketing team to develop lead magnets, campaigns, and proposals
• Maintaining accurate records in a CRM system and tracking KPIs

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify target clients (small to mid-sized businesses, e-commerce, local businesses)
• Build relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, Marketing Managers, Business Owners)
• Present service offerings effectively and handle objections with confidence
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to improve service offerings
