Sales Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Executive with at least 1 year of

experience in SaaS or consultative sales.

 

This role focuses on engaging with warm leads — prospects who have already shown

interest in our products through demos, trial sign-ups, or inbound inquiries. Your primary

responsibility will be to follow up with these leads, understand their business needs,

address objections, and convert them into paying customers.

 

The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken English, strong persuasion skills, and

the ability to confidently communicate with global clients. You will play a key role in

driving conversions and directly contributing to revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities 📌

 

● Engage with inbound leads who have signed up for product demos or free trials.

● Conduct follow-up calls and consultations to understand client requirements.

● Draft and send professional, persuasive follow-up emails to convert qualified

leads.

● Present tailored solutions aligned with client use cases.

● Handle objections confidently and close sales.

● Nurture leads through the final stages of the sales funnel.

● Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot,

Pipedrive)

● Meet weekly and monthly conversion and revenue targets.

● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize conversion strategies

 

Required Skills & Experience 🧩

 

● 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales, closing, or consultative sales.

● Excellent spoken and written English.

● Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills.

● Confidence in engaging with international clients (US and European markets

preferred).

● Results-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.

● Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
