Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Specialist to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and support retail and on-ground sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Sales
• Engage walk-in customers and provide detailed product information
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Drive sales to meet and exceed assigned targets
2. Product Knowledge & Demonstration
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Enertia’s product range
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits
• Educate customers on product usage and value proposition
3. Retail & In-Store Experience
• Ensure excellent in-store customer experience
• Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards
• Support retail branding and promotional activities
4. Lead Handling & Conversion
• Manage customer inquiries from different channels (in-store, phone, social media)
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain a record of customer interactions and sales pipeline
5. Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and stock availability
• Track daily sales performance and prepare reports
• Provide customer feedback and insights to improve sales strategies
6. Events & Activations
• Assist in exhibitions, product launches, and promotional events
• Represent the brand professionally during on-ground activations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident personality with a customer-first approach
• Interest in premium consumer brands is a plus
