Rehab Accomplished is a rapidly growing U.S.-based healthcare service provider offering rehabilitation and staffing support to home health agencies. We are expanding our Lahore office and are looking for a motivated Onsite Sales Specialist / Business Development Representative to join our night-shift team.

🔎 About the Role

This is a fully onsite position based in Lahore, aligned with U.S. business hours. You will connect with home health agencies, generate qualified leads, build new partnerships, and support the overall business growth of Rehab Accomplished.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with U.S.-based home health agencies
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Build and nurture long-term professional relationships
• Present Rehab Accomplished services clearly and confidently
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare weekly progress reports
• Work closely with management to support business development goals
• Meet monthly sales targets and deliver consistent performance

🎯 Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation (U.S. healthcare experience is a plus)
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written), with a clear and professional tone
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a target-based environment
• Familiarity with home health, staffing, or U.S. healthcare industry is preferred
