About the Role
We’re expanding our U.S. healthcare sales team and looking for a Sales Specialist to help connect with healthcare providers, introduce our services, and schedule appointments.
You’ll be representing RBS Innovators LLC, offering:
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Medical Credentialing
Web Development
SEO & Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and business owners in the U.S.
Confidently pitch company services and set appointments for follow-ups.
Maintain a daily log of 200–250 calls and manage CRM updates.
Conduct follow-ups to convert prospects into business clients.
Coordinate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience in medical billing sales, BPO, or international call center preferred.
Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities.
Target-driven mindset and positive attitude.
