We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lahore or Karachi. This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B sales professional with deep experience in cosmetics, skincare, or chemical ingredients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting innovative solutions that align with the company’s sustainability mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the personal care and cosmetics industries

• Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and brand owners

• Collaborate with supplier partners and internal technical teams to provide tailored ingredient solutions

• Deliver market insights, track industry trends, and recommend strategies for effective product positioning

• Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events through regular travel

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of B2B sales experience in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, skincare, or chemical ingredients

• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field

• Willingness and flexibility to travel both locally and nationally as business needs require
