Sales Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our truck dispatching company and help grow our client base of owner-operators and small trucking fleets. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling dispatching services to independent truck drivers and fleet owners across the U.S.

Requirments:
*Proven track record in sales (experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage is a major plus)
*Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
*Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
*Familiarity with the U.S. trucking industry, including key pain points for drivers and fleet owners
*Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace
