Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners via phone, email, and meetings.
  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities for domestic and international exhibitions.
  • Maintain and expand a client database through effective lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
  • Understand client needs and tailor customized solutions to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and event operations teams to ensure client deliverables are met.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build market knowledge and client connections.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and post-show feedback.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the exhibitions, events, or media industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
