Sales Specialist

UnReal Pays is actively hiring a Research Publication Sales Specialist to join its dynamic on-site team in Karachi. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and target-oriented individual who has a passion for academic services and a knack for sales. In this role, you will be responsible for helping researchers across the globe get their work published in high-impact journals by offering publication consultancy and solutions.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals effectively. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and building lasting relationships with academics and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals

• Conduct consultations, demos, and presentations to showcase publication services

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate recurring business

• Coordinate closely with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and outreach plans

• Guide and onboard new clients, offering post-sales training and support

• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and sales reports

• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience, especially in academic or digital services

• Ability to train and onboard clients, ensuring they understand the full scope of services

• Well-organized with a strong focus on follow-ups and closing deals

• Self-motivated and results-driven personality with an eagerness to learn

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Work Location: Karachi
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (6 days a week)
