Responsibilities
* Prospecting and selling trucking services to existing and new clients
* Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients
* Negotiating and closing deals in a competitive sales environment
* Meeting or exceeding sales targets regularly
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
* Collaborating with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Analyzing sales data to identify areas of improvement
Requirements
* Sales experience in the trucking or transportation industry
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
* Availability to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule with occasional evening or weekend work
Qualifications
* Sales experience in the trucking or transportation industry
* Experience and transportation management systems
* Knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
* Strong understanding of the trucking industry and current market trends
