Job Description:
- Work closely with our Upwork and social media team to manage and convert appointments weekly.
- Utilize personal and company resources for inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups and provide excellent client onboarding
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored digital marketing solutions that solve their problems.
- Crush objections with confidence and close deals with ease.
- Keep sales records sharp and organized in our CRM
- Cold calling, prospecting new business, and making outbound calls. Expect to have a high volume of inbound calls. This is a full-cycle sales role.
- Survey prospects to understand pain points within their business so you can align those business needs with the SkyLift solution.
- Educate businesses about SkyLift, understand their requirements, and help them get started with SkyLift.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and provide accurate forecasts for revenue.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services and operations, using that understanding and market input to bring back iterations to our business.
Requirements:
- Preferably 3+ years of Inbound/outbound sales experience preferably with B2B international clients.
- Fluent in English with top-notch communication skills—you can sell snow to an Eskimo.
- Experience in selling SMM service
- Results-driven: Thrives in a performance-based environment, excelling at meeting or exceeding closing targets.
- Adaptable: Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving company setting
- Repeated success with a full sales motion - strong track record of hunting, exceeding quotas.
- Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting, and demonstrations, to closing.
- Strong ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers, influencing outcomes through both an understanding of the customer’s business and the unique services that SkyLift can deliver
- History of working independently with a data-driven mindset for charting a path to short, medium, and long-term sales goals
- Best-in-class communication skills, with the ability to successfully convey key value propositions and quickly manage objections
