Description:

  • Proficient in doing cross sells and upsells as well.
  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; Developing and maintaining a productive long term relationship with your customer.
  • Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of your customer needs and requirements.
  • Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Understand the full sales life cycle, be prepared to write sales proposals and pitch to customers.
  • Answering questions from customers before and after purchase and providing a demonstration of the software to ensure it fits each customer’s needs.
  • Handling customers’ day-to-day queries.
  • Working on new customers to follow up, to increase sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Must have Bachelor's Degree in Business.
  • Able to achieve sales targets and maximizing revenue from existing customers.
  • Proven 4 years of experience in info business product, software, website design and development sales.
  • Fluent in English in speaking and writing as well.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
