Description:
As a Sales Associate, you will be part of our Associate Program, contributing to client projects and business development initiatives. You will gain exposure to international markets, strengthen your communication and negotiation skills, and build a strong foundation in sales strategy and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through inbound leads, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct discovery calls and client consultations to understand needs and recommend appropriate programs and services.
- Clearly articulate Treadstone's digital offerings and value proposition.
- Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on client needs, trends, and messaging.
- Participate in webinars, client demos, or digital events as a brand ambassador.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement (experience in professional services preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication platforms (e.g., Teams, Loop, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and client service orientation.
