Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to healthcare providers and medical practices across the United States.
- Introduce and explain our medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.
- Identify potential clients and qualify sales leads.
- Communicate professionally with physicians, practice owners, and practice managers.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the sales pipeline.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication and conversational skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, persuasion, and professional telephone communication.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development preferred.
- Healthcare or medical billing sales experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work the evening/night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.
