Spectrivia is hiring CSRs for US-based inbound and outbound calling campaigns. Fresh graduates and experienced sales professionals are both welcome to apply. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based clients Engage customers, present offers, and close sales Meet daily/weekly sales targets Maintain professionalism and communication quality on calls Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken) Confidence on calls; sales experience is a plus but not required Freshers encouraged — training will be provided
