We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing new clients (owner-operators and fleet owners), and building long-term business relationships within the trucking industry.

Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms
Present and sell our dispatching services to owner-operators and fleet owners
Explain service benefits, pricing structures, and onboarding processes
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of prospects and closed deals in CRM systems
Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Requirements Proven experience in sales (logistics or trucking industry experience is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
Basic knowledge of truck dispatching and freight brokerage (preferred)
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
