🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle client communications and maintain strong relationships
• Manage vendor interactions and follow up for timely deliveries
• Conduct negotiation with clients and vendors for contracts, pricing, and project scope
• Coordinate daily operations, updates, and tasks with internal teams
• Support in proposal follow-ups, quotation sharing, and deal closures
• Ensure smooth execution of services as per agreed timelines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must)
• Confidence in speaking with clients and vendors professionally
• Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-driven and able to work independently from home
• Prior experience in client/vendor coordination or admin roles preferred
