Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective US-based businesses to promote Cyber Earth Solutions’ range of services.

• Effectively communicate and present service offerings, addressing client queries and needs confidently.

• Build rapport and trust with potential clients to close sales deals successfully.

• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Collaborate with the sales team and management to strategize and improve sales processes.

• Participate actively in training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

• Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic international sales environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.

• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.

• Confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards sales challenges.

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the international B2B sales sector.

• Ability to work on-site Monday to Friday, 6 PM – 3 AM, aligning with US time zones.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or sales tools is a plus but not mandatory.
