💼 Responsibilities:

• Write winning proposals on Upwork & similar platforms
• Perform targeted cold outreach via Twitter, Reddit, Discord, Instagram, and Facebook
• Handle inbound leads professionally and push them down the sales funnel
• Set qualified appointments for the closing team
• Keep CRM or lead tracker updated and organized
• Give weekly reports on outreach, responses, and wins

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Solid experience with Upwork and freelance bidding strategies
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Familiar with DM outreach tactics that don’t feel spammy
• Knows how to qualify leads, handle objections, and nurture conversations
• Tech-savvy – Google Sheets, CRMs, basic automation tools
