As a Sales Representative, you will be primarily responsible for engaging with potential business clients based in the United States. Your role will involve initiating and maintaining outbound communication, promoting company services and solutions, understanding customer requirements, and closing deals efficiently. You will be the front line of our business development efforts, helping us expand our footprint in the competitive B2B space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective US-based businesses.

• Present the company's products and services in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written.

• Willingness to work in the night shift (6PM – 3AM, Monday to Friday).

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Confidence, resilience, and a go-getter attitude.

• Proficiency in using computers and MS Office tools.
