Sales Relationship Officer

Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Identify and approach potential merchants in assigned areas to onboard them onto the bank’s digital payment platform
•⁠ ⁠Educate merchants about digital payment solutions, benefits, and onboarding requirements
•⁠ ⁠Assist merchants in completing account opening documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
•⁠ ⁠Submit onboarding applications promptly and follow up until account activation
•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants
•⁠ ⁠Provide guidance and support to merchants regarding account usage and transactions
•⁠ ⁠Ensure merchants perform the required activation transactions after onboarding
•⁠ ⁠Ensure all onboarding activities comply with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC requirements

Requirements
•⁠ ⁠Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree
•⁠ ⁠0–2 years of experience in sales, banking, or merchant acquisition
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in the field and meet assigned targets
•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of digital banking and mobile applications
