We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to successful closure.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client communications.

 

Required Qualification & skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1- 2 yrs Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Target-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
