Responsibility:
- Responsible for handling in bound calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Reservation for hotel and create itinerary and local attraction for tour.
- Manage regular travel company daily operations
- Provide general secretarial support in overall office operations, assignments, and projects
- Provide service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution
- Increasing brand awareness and market share through various marketing techniques.
- Liaison with social media marketing expert for impactful marketing
- Establishing the annual and monthly sales objectives in relation to the company’s business plan and monitor the progress, reporting on it monthly.
- Work with management to create new opportunities for growth.
- Account managing and retaining a portfolio of key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implementing marketing strategies by collecting client feedback, studying market trends and conducting competitors’ analysis.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints
- Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
- Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
- Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Manage B2B and B2C sales
- negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
- create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process, which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Performing other duties when needed

- A track record of sales within inbound tour industry.

- Willing to travel to key markets for monthly sales trips and events.
- Fluent in English would be desirable.

Salary Info:
Salary plus bonus. The combined amount is referred to as on-target earnings (OTE).
