Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage daily counter sales for walk-in and repeat customers
• Handle POS/QuickBooks software for billing, data entry, and daily reconciliation
• Engage clients on-call and WhatsApp, share rates, explain products, and take orders
• Keep product pricing updated, stocks managed, and customer records organized
• Maintain shop discipline — clean environment, product display, and courteous behavior
• Capture customer interest, provide guidance, and promote key chemical items
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and dispatch team for timely delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing or related field
• 1–2 years experience in B2B sales, industrial supply, or retail counter roles
• Strong command over software tools like QuickBooks, POS, Excel, or similar
• Excellent communication skills — both face-to-face and over digital channels
• Passion for building a career in industrial sales with long-term growth vision
• Ability to organize, multitask, and professionally engage diverse clients
