Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and build a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in outreach, and focused on achieving targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting
  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate data
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates
  • Consistently meet and exceed outreach and conversion targets

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
  • Target-driven mindset with a strong work ethic
