Description:
As the Sales Lead, you will have the autonomy to devise and execute client acquisition strategies through various channels, including LinkedIn cold outreach, email outreach, Upwork, and other scalable sales avenues. Your primary responsibility will be to drive our agency's growth by securing new clients. You will report directly to the CEO and be instrumental in shaping the future success of our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Outreach Excellence: Leverage your experience in LinkedIn cold outreach, email campaigns, and other scalable sales channels to generate leads and nurture client relationships.
- Channel Selection: Have the freedom to choose and optimize the most suitable sales channels and methods for our agency's needs, backed by a solid strategy.
- Planning & Resource Allocation: Create comprehensive sales plans and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outreach and results.
- Sales Operations: Handle end-to-end sales operations, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Targets & Reporting: Set, track, and report on sales targets, providing regular updates to the CEO and leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition in a similar industry.
- Strong experience in LinkedIn cold outreach, email outreach, and other scalable sales channels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Proficiency in sales CRM tools and analytics.
