Sales Operations Coordinator

As we scale our Sales & Marketing structure at Salman Developers, we are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and execution-driven professional to lead Sales Operations and Executive Coordination at LDA Chowk Raiwind road, Lahore. This on-site role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, supporting the sales team, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes from director to the team.

This is not a clerical role. This is a strategic operations position that directly supports the Director Sales & Marketing and ensures structured performance across the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

-Sales Operations Management

Oversee daily sales operations and workflow efficiency

Ensure proper implementation of sales processes and SOPs

Monitor pipeline movement, follow-ups, and conversion stages

Identify operational gaps and implement structural improvements

-Sales Reporting & Performance Analytics

Develop and maintain structured daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Track KPIs, targets, closures, and team productivity

Present performance insights with clarity and accuracy

Maintain data integrity and CRM discipline

-Executive Coordination

Manage coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Management

Handle internal communication flow and strategic follow-ups

Support event planning, launches, and investor engagement logistics

Ensure execution alignment with Director-level priorities

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate

0-4 years experience in Sales Operations / Sales Coordination

Strong command over reporting tools (Excel is mandatory (non-negotiable); CRM experience preferred)

Manage sales processes, analyze data, and excel reporting

Strong communication & coordination skills & highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Ability to handle pressure in a high-performance real estate environment

Experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Communications
