Xper2Go Pvt. Ltd., a growing technology-driven service provider supporting the hospitality industry in the U.S., is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Associate.
This role is ideal for someone who can effectively engage with clients, and support the sales team by maintaining high-quality and validated information for decision-making.

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Good analytical skills with attention to detail
✅ Ability to handle data validation and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to clients to verify requirements, scope, and service needs.
- Engage with clients across multiple service offerings (IT support, cloud services, managed services, etc.)
- Clarify client expectations and gather relevant business and technical information.
- Assess leads based on predefined qualification criteria (budget, requirement, urgency, fit)
- Categorize and prioritize leads for further action.
- Ensure only high-quality, verified leads are forwarded.
- Maintain logs of calls, validation status, and lead outcomes.
- Generate periodic reports on lead quality, conversion readiness, and outreach activity.
- Follow SOPs for data handling, client communication, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and internal processes.
