About The Role

As a Sales Operations Quality Control Analyst you will be key to our success as we continue to scale our sales efforts and focus on efficiency and cost savings across the org. With over 1000 members of the sale org and 1000s of deals being closed every week we need additional support in reviewing all of our business motions to ensure that the playing field is level and that no one is cheating the system or bettering themselves at the expense of their peers. You’ll use Salesforce and other internal tools to review deals and partnerships across SMB and work with senior leadership to report your findings and assist in closing down any loopholes or gaps in our current policies.

What You’ll Do
 

  • Perform daily review and analysis of suspected non-compliance activities and complete comprehensive risk assessment.
  • Interview customers/sales team through calls/emails in order to make sense of the suspected fraud avenues.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for Sales Leaders to stay on top of non-compliance trends.
  • Put together periodic business review decks for stakeholders regarding the Sales Compliance team’s findings.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify fraud vulnerabilities, methods, and trends, and to coordinate sales compliance processes and strategies.
  • Test, implement, and analyze strategies, models, and systems to detect, prevent, investigate, and mitigate the effects of fraud.
     

What We’re Looking For
 

  • 2+ years of operations or sales experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable SaaS CRM tools (HubSpot, Dynamics, ZoHo)
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and problem-solve
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
