Sales Officer

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment sales targets.

• Enroll maximum number of students through proactive follow-ups and conversion strategies.

• Respond promptly to all student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and in-person visits.

• Provide accurate counseling about course details, eligibility, and career outcomes.

• Maintain strong relationships with leads and nurture them through the admission process.

• Track and manage leads in CRM or Excel-based reporting tools.

• Coordinate with operations and academics teams for onboarding and scheduling.

• Participate in marketing campaigns, education fairs, and outreach programs.

• Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the management.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, admissions, or counseling roles at a university, college, or any corporate company/ training institute.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and lead tracking systems.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized professional.

• Must possess strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
