Sales & Marketing Specialist Export

Description:

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 4–5 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in work wear or apparel.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Graduate, preferably in Textiles or Business.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to generate orders and grow both our B2B and B2C channels. You will own outreach to distributors, brands, and end buyers across our export markets, build a strong pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term accounts.

• Working knowledge of multiple apparel sectors (Denim, Scrubs, Uniforms, Safety/PPE).

• Awareness of current market trends and buyer expectations in export markets.

• Strong command of English (Written and Spoken).

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Critical thinking — able to read a market, spot opportunity, and priorities.

• Practical know-how — hands-on grasp of how orders actually get won and delivered.

• Product knowledge — understands fabrics, garment types, standards, and end-use.

• Data-driven — uses numbers to guide outreach, forecasting, and decisions.

• Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.
