Dreamsnex is looking for an aggressive and target oriented Marketing Professional with the following qualifications and experience.

Qualification:       MBA-Marketing from a reputed Institution.

Experience:          Minumum five years in the house building industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

1. Implementing a strategic business plan that provides shared value to both Dreamsnex and the customer which will lead to the attainment of long-term sales targets and sustainable growth.
2. Optimize lead conversion rate.
3. Gather customer and market insights to increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
4. Partner with email, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
5. Keep all the customer quotes data updated and keep himself updated with the latest industry trends.
6. Analyze customer insights & trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
7. Passionate team player and a self-starter. Tackles routine tasks with energy and commitment.
8. Persistent – self- driven - highly hungry- hunter mentality – resilient qualities are key to succeed and grow in this role.

Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience and shall be market driven.
