• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance productivity and maintain high performance standards.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting targets and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with the diagnostic or healthcare industry is a plus.
