Role Description

• Acquire new ecommerce and business clients aggressively

• Generate revenue growth through direct sales and relationship building

• Build partnerships with online sellers, brands, and ecommerce businesses

• Develop and execute growth-focused marketing campaigns

• Create lead generation strategies that convert into active shipping accounts

• Identify high-potential markets and business opportunities in Lahore

• Coordinate with operations to improve customer retention and service quality

• Meet weekly and monthly customer acquisition targets

• Bring customers in weeks — not months

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Courier, Logistics, or E-Commerce industry

• Proven track record of bringing business and closing clients

• Strong understanding of ecommerce sellers’ pain points and logistics challenges

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Ability to work under aggressive growth targets and deadlines

• Self-driven, performance-oriented, and execution-focused mindset

• Existing market connections in ecommerce or courier sector will be preferred
