Responsibilities

1.Launch and manage product marketing campaigns to build strong brand visibility in the market.

2. Assign daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.

3. Monitor the field sales team’s activities and provide real-time guidance to improve performance.

4. Boost overall sales by developing relationships with new clients and with existing ones.

5. Regularly follow up with the field sales team to monitor progress and address challenges..

6. Identify international markets and develop strategies to enter and grow in those regions.

7. Create effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve business growth.

8. Analyze sales reports and marketing campaign performance to optimize strategies.

9. Maintain and report lead data within Salesforce.

10. Track competitor activities and adjust sales & marketing plans accordingly.

11. Prepare quarterly sales & sales forecasts and performance reports for MD.

12.Maintain and report lead data within Salesforce.

13.Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing,

on-ground promotions, etc.).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Min 3 Years experience in product marketing and sales leadership.

Strong communication, planning, and team management skills.

Experience in digital marketing and campaign execution.

Ability to analyze sales performance and develop improvement plans.

Must know how to conduct customer and market research
