Sales Marketing Executive

Description:

Fazl-e-Rasheed & Co. is a leading material handling equipment company specializing in battery-operated forklifts, reach trucks, and warehouse equipment. We run a fleet of 200+ machines and serve industry leaders including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Nestlé, Unilever, and Maersk. We are expanding our commercial team and looking for someone who can both generate new business and strengthen our market presence.

What you will do

• Identify and pursue new B2B clients across FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, and warehousing sectors
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, site visits, proposals, negotiation, and closing
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive rentals, sales, and service renewals
• Prepare quotations, rental agreements, and commercial proposals
• Run marketing activity across LinkedIn, email, and industry channels to build brand visibility
• Maintain accurate pipeline and client records in our CRM
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure client commitments are met
• Track competitor activity and report on market trends

What we are looking for

• 2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment, machinery, logistics, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Urdu
• Comfortable with field work, client meetings, and travel to industrial sites
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic digital marketing
• A self-starter who can work independently and hit targets
