Key Responsibilities

• Offer trainings/courses to new customers offered by the company.
• Get hands on experience on product knowledge and guide, counsell the customers about the product/services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Understand customer needs to recommend the right solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets through proactive approach and convert inquires into lead generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and support.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify business opportunities.
• Requirements
• Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh to 1 year of hands-on experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
