Sales & Marketing Associate

Description:

We're Innovage.io, a software development agency based in Johar Town, Lahore. We build websites, apps, and marketing that help brands grow, and we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to join us on-site.

This role is a real mix. One day you're chasing a lead and getting it to close, the next you're putting together a campaign or reworking a page so it ranks better on Google. If you like wearing both hats, you'll fit in well here.

What you'll be doing

• Finding leads, following up, and helping move them through to a signed deal
• Running marketing campaigns across social, email, and content
• Handling the SEO basics: keyword research, on-page tweaks, content briefs that actually rank
• Keeping an eye on the numbers (traffic, leads, conversions) and reporting back on what's working
• Working with our design and dev teams so pitches and campaigns hold together

What we're hoping you bring

• 0 to 3 years in sales, marketing, or business development (entry to mid-level both welcome)
• A solid grasp of how SEO works
• Good English, written and spoken
• The ability to switch between sales targets and creative work without dropping either
• Willingness to work the evening shift so you overlap with our international clients
• Nice to have: experience with Google Analytics, Meta or Google Ads, a CRM, or email marketing tools
