Description:

Radiant Medical (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a high-performing Senior Biomedical Engineer – Sales with strong expertise in hospital sales, tenders, and bidding processes. This role is ideal for professionals who can independently manage key accounts, drive revenue growth, and lead public and private sector tenders within the diagnostics and hospital solutions market.

The position demands a blend of technical understanding and strong commercial acumen, particularly in diagnostic equipment, infection prevention systems, and hospital furniture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth for diagnostic equipment, infection prevention solutions, and hospital furniture across assigned territories.
  • Lead end-to-end tender and bid management, including pre-qualification, documentation, BOQs, compliance matrices, technical submissions, and commercial bids.
  • Actively identify and pursue government and private sector tenders through PPRA, hospital portals, and institutional networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, procurement departments, consultants, and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial and technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate with principals, OEMs, and internal teams for pricing, technical clarifications, and bid strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and closing of sales in line with company objectives.
  • Track market intelligence, competitor activities, and upcoming tender pipelines.
  • Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and margin objectives.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (mandatory).
  • 5–8 years of proven sales experience in the diagnostics and medical equipment industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience with tendering, bidding, and PPRA processes.
  • In-depth market knowledge of diagnostic systems, infection control equipment, and hospital furniture.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage large-value deals and institutional accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
