What we require:

Bachelor's degree in related fields is preferred.
Prior experience of 2-3 year with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.
Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.
Customer oriented attitude with professionalism.
Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
Self-motivated and driven by targets
The ability to influence and negotiate with others
Selling skills - Persuasion, Telephone Sales, Customer Focus, Selling to Customer Needs, Closing Skills.
Customer Service Orientation
Problem Solving - Entrepreneurial, Identify and solve problems in a timely manner.
Communication skills - Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate and influence effectively over the phone and web.
