Education: MBA
Experience: 3 Year Managerial Experience
Gender: Both
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
2. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan.
3. Managing recruiting, objective setting, coaching & performance monitoring of sales representatives.
4. Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understand their need.
5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
6. Provide on the ground support for sales team as they generate leads and close new deal.
7. Managing the sales team and all sales activities with in the company.
8. Networking with leads and customers.
9. Tracking sales goals and reporting result as necessary
10. Overseeing activities and performance of the sales team
11. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
