Maximize revenue from each assigned (existing) customer by upselling, cross-selling and finding other new opportunities.
Act as key interface between the customer and all related divisions of the company
Ensure compliance with customer’s agreed SLAs in all service areas
Maintenance of service contracts with customers including initial contract definition, which will contain the list of services, deliverables, performance targets (KPIs), liabilities, etc.
Reporting of performance on regular basis for ongoing business.
Ensuring timely invoicing to the customer
Ensuring timely recovery from the customer
