Sales Manager

 

Description:

  • Generate new sales from the assigned territory.
  • Maximize revenue from each assigned (existing) customer by upselling, cross-selling and finding other new opportunities.
  • Act as key interface between the customer and all related divisions of the company
  • Ensure compliance with customer’s agreed SLAs in all service areas
  • Maintenance of service contracts with customers including initial contract definition, which will contain the list of services, deliverables, performance targets (KPIs), liabilities, etc.
  • Reporting of performance on regular basis for ongoing business.
  • Ensuring timely invoicing to the customer
  • Ensuring timely recovery from the customer
