Role Summary
We're hiring a driven B2B Sales Manager to grow Enertia's presence within the Architecture & Design community, building relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders to get Enertia's solutions specified and supplied on their projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert B2B leads among architects, interior designers, and builders
• Build long-term relationships with key specifiers and project decision-makers
• Present Enertia's product portfolio and lighting design capabilities to prospects
• Drive product specification on upcoming and ongoing projects
• Coordinate site visits, product demos, and mock-ups with the design team
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and specification targets
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project pipelines
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports
• Represent Enertia at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree; background in Architecture/Interior Design is a plus
• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in lighting, building materials, or interior products
• Existing network with architects, interior designers, or builders preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field/site visits
