We are looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Manager with a strong background in the Flexible Packaging Industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the packaging sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the flexible packaging market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
Coordinate with production and design teams to meet client requirements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Must have B2B Sales experience in the Flexible Packaging Industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to manage key accounts and develop new clients.
