Dewan Motors is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Sales to lead and manage regional sales operations in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the regional sales team, and strengthening market presence in the assigned territory. *This role requires a strong leader with deep knowledge of the automotive market, excellent sales management capabilities, and the ability to guide and develop sales teams to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage regional sales operations to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Islamabad region. • Manage, mentor, and guide the regional sales team to improve performance and productivity. • Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base in the region. • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and corporate clients. • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Provide strategic guidance and support to sales consultants and dealership teams. • Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with premium brand standards. • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management. Requirements • Experience: 6–8 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector. • Proven ability to independently manage a region and achieve sales targets. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience in handling premium or luxury brands will be considered an advantage.
