Description:
ZONERGY is looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers to lead EPC project sales in the solar and renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and converting prospects into successful EPC project contracts.
Key Responsibilities
1) Identify and develop solar EPC project opportunities in commercial, industrial, and government sectors
2) Generate and manage leads for solar power projects and infrastructure solutions
3) Build relationships with corporate clients, EPC partners, consultants, and decision-makers
4) Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering teams
5) Lead negotiations and contract finalization for EPC projects
6) Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in renewable energy
7) Coordinate internally with technical, procurement, and project execution teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA/MBA or Engineering preferred)
3–6 years of experience in EPC project sales (solar/energy/infrastructure preferred)
Strong business development, negotiation, and client management skills
Experience dealing with corporate, industrial, or government clients
