We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join our team as a Sales Manager . As an on-demand car rental company, eZhire is revolutionizing how people get their car rentals with a simple tap on our mobile app. We are seeking candidates who are excited to be part of this team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
- Monitor agent performance and provide coaching on sales techniques, call handling, and customer engagement.
- Ensure effective workforce planning and coverage across shifts.
Sales Performance & Targets
- Own the overall lead conversion funnel, with accountability for first-time and repeat user conversion rates.
- Track and monitor KPIs such as lead-to-booking conversion, booking volume, promo vs non-promo usage, and revenue contribution.
- Design and implement initiatives to maximize conversions, including rebuttal handling and upselling.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to approved sales processes, rebuttal scripts, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with QA and Training teams to align evaluation frameworks and improve agent performance.
- Work with IT/BI teams to enhance dashboards, reports, and automation for sales visibility.
Customer Engagement & Experience
- Ensure consistent and professional customer interactions, with focus on seamless booking journeys.
- Handle escalations and work closely with Customer Excellence team for resolution of customer disputes.
- Promote product awareness by educating customers on eZhire features such as instant delivery, promo codes, and subscription models.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Liaise with Operations for delivery/collection coordination and service quality improvements.
- Partner with Marketing for campaigns, promo strategies, and targeted lead engagement.
- Collaborate with Finance and Compliance for approvals on discounts, exceptions, and partner/vendor requirements.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales performance reports with leadership.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and align team goals with OKRs.
- Provide insights on lead quality, conversion trends, and market challenges to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in car rental, mobility, or service industries.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
