Description:
You will be the primary point of contact for inbound leads from our social media campaigns and website. Your role is to convert inquiries into registrations by delivering fast, accurate, and empathetic responses across social channels and phone. You’ll own lead intake, follow-ups, and initial onboarding for prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business and phone (calls & voicemail).
- Qualify leads using a short intake script: capture intent, availability, and basic profile; log into CRM/Google Sheet.
- Explain course details, schedules, fees, orientation dates, and enrollment steps clearly and persuasively.
- Book orientation calls / sessions and send confirmations (via WhatsApp + email).
- Run follow-up sequences (message + call cadence) to maximize attendance and conversions.
- Coordinate with Social Media Manager to escalate campaign feedback and common objections.
- Maintain accurate lead records, update statuses, and produce weekly conversion reports.
- Represent EGLAI professionally in all communications; escalate complex queries to instructors/ops.
- Support small administrative tasks: payment confirmations, issuing receipts, adding students to cohort groups.
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written) — clear, polite, persuasive.
- 1–3 years experience in sales, customer support, admissions, or inbound lead handling.
- Confident phone manner and experience handling WhatsApp enquiries at scale.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets as a CRM; basic Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business, Zoom/Google Meet, Calendly (or similar).
- Strong follow-up discipline, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
