Description:
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the sales department, ensuring that sales targets are met, and driving the team toward consistent growth and performance improvement. This role requires strong leadership, communication and analytical skills to effectively guide the sales team, manage the sales pipeline and report outcomes to the management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales department to achieve organizational and revenue goals.
- Assign daily sales quotas to appointment setters and ensure targets are consistently met.
- Train, coach and mentor sales representative/appointment setters to enhance their calling techniques and lead executive.
- Track and monitor sales pipelines and performance metrics through CRM systems.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
- Provide regular performance reports and analytical insight to management.
- Coordinate with Closers/BDMs to ensure smooth handover and follow-up qualified leads.
- Give regular updates and required data to the Virtual Assistant for reporting purposes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize sales strategies and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Provent ability to manage and train cold callers or sales representatives.
- Strong command of English with neutral or U.S. understandable accent.
- Excellent CRM management skills (Odoo, HubSpot or similar platforms).
- Comfortable setting and tracking daily/weekly performance KPIs (calls, meetings booked conversations).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Self-disciplined, structured, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Closers/BDMs for lead management.
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours (EST/CST overlap)
