Raaziq Group (RIL Logistics) is one of the leading, trusted, and well-known brands in customs clearance services, serving renowned importers and exporters across Pakistan. We are currently seeking to fill a vital role within our organization – that of the Sales Manager - Custom Clearance at RIL Logistics Located in Karachi. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge on trade (Imports & exports), having strong sales background with proven track record of leading a robust sales team. Candidate will be responsible for expanding our Import custom Clearance business in South region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of import processes, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, leveraging market analysis, to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Import custom clearance services.
- Identify and acquire new clients across various sectors (Automotive, Textile, FMCG, etc.).
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume & revenue) for Karachi and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, driving customer retention.
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless delivery of custom clearance services and effective client problem resolution.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend through research to position services to achieve consistent growth.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to accept challenging sales targets while managing a sales team to drive performance.
- Conduct training, mentoring, and performance evaluations of team members by setting their respective sales targets
- Staying updated on industry regulations, Customs Law, market developments and best practices in customs clearance
- Candidate must know computer skills in MS Excel/Word/Power Point & CRM Software
- Candidate must possess own vehicle/conveyance for client visits and job-related travel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience
- 8 - 10 Years or above experience in Sales (Preferable in Custom Clearance & Import Sales)
